No Mo Shizzle LLC (“we,” “us”) provides dog waste removal and litter box cleaning in Northern Colorado. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect. Your name, service address, phone number, email, pet details, gate or access notes, and photos of completed service visits. We collect this when you book with us by phone, text, or our contact form.
How we use it. To schedule and perform your service, send visit notifications, bill you, and answer your questions.
Text messages. If you agree to receive texts, we send service notifications such as “on my way” alerts, running-late notices, and visit-complete confirmations with photos. Message frequency varies with your service schedule. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
We do not sell or share your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We use service providers (for example, our scheduling software and text-message carrier) only to deliver our service to you.
Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number.
