How you sign up. It’s always optional, and there are three ways:
- Online: tick “Yes, text me service updates” on our contact form, or sign up at nomoshizzle.com/text-updates/.
- When Steph sets you up: she sets up every new customer personally, by phone or text, and will say: “Hi, this is Steph from No Mo Shizzle. I can text you updates about your service: a heads-up when I’m on my way, a note if I’m running late, and photos when the job’s done. Usually 1 to 3 texts per visit. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP anytime to opt out, or HELP for help. It’s optional and won’t affect your service. Would you like these texts?” She may also text you the sign-up link.
If you say yes, we record your consent and the date before sending any texts. Saying no doesn’t affect your service.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
