These terms cover dog waste removal, in-home litter box cleaning, and related services from No Mo Shizzle LLC (“No Mo Shizzle,” “we,” “us”) in Northern Colorado. By booking or receiving service, you agree to them. Questions? info@nomoshizzle.com · 970.775.4091.
1. Our services
We provide scheduled and one-time dog waste removal, in-home litter box cleaning, vacation coverage, and related add-ons, as agreed with you when you sign up. You don’t need to be home for most visits.
2. Pricing
We quote a flat rate when you sign up, based on your pets, your yard or litter box setup, and your schedule. The price we quote is the price you pay — no seasonal surcharges or markups. We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice before any change to your rate. If your service changes (more pets, a different schedule, or us supplying the litter), we’ll agree the new rate with you before it applies.
3. Billing and payment
We bill monthly in arrears: at the end of each month, you’re billed for the visits completed that month. Skipped visits are never billed. If a payment fails, we’ll call you to update your payment method.
4. No contracts: pausing and cancelling
Service is month-to-month with no long-term contract. You can pause or cancel at any time — just let us know before your next scheduled visit. We may end service with notice if we can’t safely or reliably serve your property, or for non-payment.
5. Our 100% Happawness Guarantee
If you’re not completely satisfied with any visit — for any reason — let us know and we’ll come back to re-clean at no charge, or we’ll refund that visit entirely. No questions asked.
6. Skipped and rescheduled visits
We may skip or reschedule a visit when it isn’t safe or possible to do it — for example severe weather, a locked gate or no access, or a loose or unsafe animal. We’ll let you know when we can, and a skipped visit is never billed.
7. Your part
- Give us safe access on your service day: gates unlocked or the code or key we’ve agreed, and for in-home service, the entry method we’ve agreed.
- Keep dogs inside or secured during yard visits unless we’ve agreed otherwise, and tell us about any pet that may be aggressive.
- Tell us about hazards we should know about — sprinkler heads, holes, wildlife, or lawn chemicals.
- For litter box service, provide the litter, unless we’ve agreed to supply it for an added fee.
- Keep your contact details up to date.
8. Gates, doors, and keys
We check and latch every gate before we leave, and we make sure doors are closed and secured when we enter and when we leave. Access codes, keys, and notes you give us are used only to provide your service and are kept private.
9. Photos
We take photos to confirm each visit and share them with you. We don’t post photos of your home or pets publicly without your permission.
10. Liability
We take care at every visit, and we’re responsible for damage caused by our own negligence. We aren’t responsible for gates or doors left open by others before or after our visit, pets that get out through them, pre-existing damage or conditions, or delays caused by weather, traffic, or other circumstances outside our control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for services in the three months before the claim.
11. Text messages
If you agree to receive texts from us, our Text Message Terms also apply. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
12. Privacy
How we collect and use your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll post the new version here with a new “last updated” date and let current customers know about important changes.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
